2018 Booklist

Please login in using the booklist code on the front of your booklist or with the login details you have been provided with by your school.

How do I place my order?
The easiest way to order your booklist is online. You can also fill out your order form and hand it in at your school office or drop it in to Education Plus.
Where do I find my logon code?
Your login code will be on the front of your manual booklist. For digital booklists only your school will have emailed you your login details. If you do not have these details please call one of our friendly staff on (03) 5447 8588
Do I have to order everything on my booklist?
The booklists are compiled by the teachers at your school and are what your child will need for the entire school year. You must have everything listed on the booklist but you do not need to purchase items that your child already has. We recom‐ mend purchasing the exact item listed on your booklist because the teachers have chosen these items and have checked the quality and approved these products for your school. Education Plus only use well‐known brands that supply high quality products at great prices and that are guaranteed to last the school year.
Where and when do I collect my order?
Collection details are on the front of your manual booklist. For digital booklists log in to your school for details. Once you have placed an online order you will also receive an email with collection details. All booklists must be paid for at time of collection. Personal cheques are not accepted on collection days.
What if I cannot attend the dedicated collection days?
Booklists not collected on the collection days at your school will be returned to Education Plus and will be available for col‐ lection 1 week after the official collection dates.
How do I know if my order has gone through successfully?
Once you have placed your order online you will receive a return email with your order number. If you do not receive this email please contact us immediately.
Do I have to pay for my order when I place it online?
You do not need to pay for your order when you place it online, you can opt to pay on pick up. However if you require your booklist to be delivered then you will be required to pay for it at time of ordering. Credit cards are charged on submission of your order.
Can I purchase the booklist items in store?
You can come into our store and pick the items you require for your booklist but please be advised that at this busy time there may be long queues and some items, particularly textbooks may not be in stock. It is advisable to place your booklist by the required date to ensure you get the required items.
Can I alter my order once it has been submitted?
Once your order has been packed it cannot be altered, however when you collect your order we are happy to make any changes. (Digital books excluded)
What is your returns policy?
Refunds can be given up to 14 days from purchase if all items are still in their original condition and packaging, and has not been named or marked in any way . We cannot refund digital textbooks, these are a FIRM SALE only.
